In this design we have combined clusters of grapes and leaves with a decorative wheat-motif border to suggest a glorious bounty an abundant harvest of good things to sustain us and for all to share.

The pattern includes instructions for an inlaid or reverse applique technique using machine applique and machine quilting. The pattern has also been drawn with a central broken line which can be used as a guide for bias binding applique technique (using a machine or stitching by hand). It can also be used as a design for traditional hand applique.
